Solaris Technological Innovations respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us through our website forms, by email or through social media messages. This can include your name, email address, phone number, city or postal code, property type and details about your project.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and arrange a site visit.
- To prepare quotes, designs and rebate or utility paperwork you ask us to help with.
- To deliver and support the work you hire us for.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else may see it
We share information only when needed to complete your project, for example with a rebate program, your electricity utility or an inspector, and only with your agreement. If our website forms are connected to a form delivery service, that service passes your message to our inbox.
This website
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic technical information such as IP addresses to deliver pages securely. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Links to other websites, such as government programs and utilities, are covered by those sites' own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep project records for as long as needed to provide service and warranty support, and to meet legal and tax requirements. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email solaristechnologicalinnovations@outlook.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
